I wonder what the most powerful animal based on strength to wait ratios.
1. Dung beetles
The half inch long dung beetles are the strongest living creatures on Earth. The male insects of this species of insects can lift objects that are 1141 times heavier than their body weight. They live on all continents except Antarctica. There are three main groups of dung beetles in the world – dwellers, tunnellers, and rollers.
The Rhinoceros Beetles are the second largest animal in the world can carry an object that is 850 times heavier than their body weight. Rhinoceros Beetles have two horns, one on their head and the other pointing from their neck area. The strong horns also let the rhino beetles move forward in junk floors in the forests easily. The rhino beetles also use their horns to fight with other male beetles to attract females.
3. Leaf-cutter Ant
Tiny leaf-cutter ants can lift and carry in their jaws something 50 times their own body weight of about 500 Mg. That’s the same as a human lifting a truck with its teeth.
